Nice room and reception, food was just ok, spa experience was just ok

Room was clean, powerful shower and comfortable beds. Reception area was nice.

Although there were many options for breakfast, a lot of it was cold and not good quality. Had a treatment at the spa, there was a cockroach in the room. Wasn’t offered a robe/slippers, wasn’t asked if the massage pressure was to my liking, the massage room was freezing.

The staff were outstanding. So helpful and extra goes to Pablo who worked so hard entertaining us. He is a credit to your team. Your cleaners were also very helpful and I would like you to praise the lady who cleaned for our room 1002.

The rectangle pillows in our room and our teen room need 1002/0503 all need replacing. Lumpy!

Good holiday but next time We will go to a place more quiet

Nice pool area. Nice rooms. Good breakfast. Playa de las Burras nice beach not too far away.

Noisy. Loud music from the entertainment in the evening. So If you want a quiet hotel this is not the right place. Sofabed hard. Dinner somedays good some days not. We had halfboard. Not many restaurants in the area if you dont have any food included.

The food at dinner time was really poor I would go as far as to stay the worst I have had at an all inclusive place. Breakfast is great.

+ Staff kindness + Animations + Huge buffets + View It went beyond my expectations

Not 10 for three reasons: - found cockroaches and spiders in the bathroom - weak cleanliness in the corridor (hair balls and garbage stayed there for at least three days). - Room not cleaned the last day despite of the hanging paper asking for. Enhancement idea: - reduce the volume of the music, especially after 10.15PM. Even in front of the stage, it is loud. -

Very Good

amazing property great location!!! The free bus service to the beaches was huge help.

We had a group of vegetarian people so buffet was a a but challenging due to limited veggie options but for non veg fhe buffet was good.

a large room with two bedrooms in the family option .variety of meals everyone will find something for themselves

Most of the staff speak little or not at all English. despite the all inclusive band, you have to scan your room card with every visit In restaurant or order at the bar,not always, but there were times when I had almost finished my meal and was still waiting for the waiter to take drink orders

If you are looking for a hotel in the centre of a resort with multiple bars, shops & restaurants around it, this is not the hotel for you! other than that, the location is fine.

Good.

Pros - ( stayed 5 nights endof May 2023) The rooms were nice, We hired a car from the airport which cost us around 65 Euros for 5 days. The hotel has free parking facility. The break fast was good offering a variety. We stayed there for 5 nights, The break fast was the same all the days - Selection of Salads, Breads, Eggs, croissants, Donuts, Nothing to complain about the breakfast. The beach is a ten minute walk or a 5 minute drive if you have a car, Again 5 minutes by car or 10 min walk you have the San Agustin shopping centre where you can buy your groceries. The SPAR supermarket is of good size. We ate at the Tandoori palace in the shopping centre. The food was good. There is also a new italian restauarnt opened ( 2 weeks back). Starts with letter M - you wont find it on google yet. Good quality food We used our car hire to visit a few beachs including the Amadores beach , Palmitos park etc. The People from a company called Blue offer dolphin watcing tours. TIP - We bought tickets for 8 members. The bus pick up was 9.20 am. The bus came only at 9.40 and went to pick up people from several hotels before reacing the peurto rico Boating place at 11am. The STAFF at the hotel were VERY friendly. The room cleaning service was top notch. Our towels were changed everyday. We did not avail any massage services.

The lunch and the dinner were AVERAGE ,Being vegetarians there were VERY VERY few options. Also we felt the lunch and dinner buffet were cooked aand catered to the masses . The food quality was VERY average. We were on ALL inclusive . Being a big hotel, they cook for a lot of people. I would NEVER go all inclusive again. So i would advise people to try it before going half board or all inclusive. And the Desserts were the same EVERY Day, VEry average cheap desserts, And they had icecreams from those massive big tubs. But the icecreams were good ( super market tub quality) FOOD quality really needs to improve. They really need to hire better chefs. Food lacks order messy labels did not match the name with the food. The BUFFET is not suited for Vegans or vegetarians. Plenty of Salad and fruit options, But I dont go on a holiday to eat Salad and fruits every day :) Its fine for a day or 2. @Jonathan Lange ( PR) - if you reading this, please make an effort to imporve the food as opposed to just replying to the review The one downside for me were the 2 swimming pools with no SHALLOW end.. There were NO baby or shallow pools. The pools were 1.4-1.6 metrs deep. So you need to know swimming or manage kids with arm bands and floats in the deep end. After you enter the pools, they suddemly go deep. I had a 3 year old who couldnt enjoy any of the pool facilities. When we went on a bus ride, we saw so many other hotels which had 2-3 pools out of which one was a baby pool . So parents with kids,- kindly see if you are comfortable. Also the POOLS were not heated even though the reception mentioned they are heated. Luckily we went when the outside temperature was 24 degrees. so the pool might have been around 20-22 degrees which was bearable cold - again would no suit everyone

Fantastic apart from the above

The staff are really friendly, seating area’s large, plenty of sun beds & kids pool area superb

Unfortunately the same as last year, the food is lukewarm at best apart from the grill area where chef’s are cooking. Even if you wait for a fresh dish from the kitchen it’s still not hot. Also, on departure day “all inclusive “ finishes At midday & no consideration for people not leaving until much later. You really have to fight just to get a lunch voucher
